We offer specialised therapuetic yoga for patients with medical conditions. We also offer general group classes to healthy patients such as Traditional flow, Yin yoga, Spine care yoga, Yoga nidra and Chakra healing.

Spine care yoga is designed to facilitate the rehabilitation of spinal conditions through a yoga based practice of therapeutic exercise.

A yoga that get in touch with your energy center and channelize your body, mind and soul. The aim is to awake and risen the energy throughout the body from root to crown.

A breathing and meditating session in the salt room, surrounded by pure Himalayan Salt, and requires no more than deep breathing and meditation to calm down mind and the entire body.

Hijama or cupping is a safe, non-invasive and economical way of curing and preventing many diseases. In this non-surgical procedure, toxic or ‘bad’ blood is drawn out from the body.
