Sowjanya has worked as a personal trainer and Yoga therapist for various Ayurvedic hospitals and schools in Bangalore, India helping her clients reach their full potential. Her strong interest in Yoga, as well as technique and form, has lead her to specialize in various therapies for back & neck problems, weight loss, diabetics control, gastric problems, anger management, anxiety and depression.

Prior to pursuing her passion in Yoga, Sowjanya completed degrees in Computer Science and Bachelor of Laws. She has a PG Diploma in Yoga therapy from S-VYASA, an esteemed university located in Bangalore, India.
