Pre-employment Health Check Up

Our highly experienced and DOH Licensed GP Doctors conduct a general health check up to determine fitness for work and assess health risks for better planning of healthcare.
Group Yoga, Meditation & Breathing (Activity)

Our highly experienced Yoga Trainers and DOH Licensed Naturopathy Doctors will lead the sessions at Yoga studio, Herbal Garden, or well maintained swimming pool in our facility, which will benefit the participants to improve flexibility, strength, and posture, fatigue reduction, improved focus and concentration.
Salt Room Reflexology (Treatment)

Under the supervision of our DOH Licensed Doctors, the Reflexologists will do reflexology massage at ears, hands, and foot to relieve fatigue and enhance wellbeing. The sessions will take place in Salt Room (First in Abu Dhabi), which provides added halotherapy benefits, respiratory health and relaxation.
Nutrition for Mental Health (Workshop)

It is an interactive workshop by our highly experienced DOH licensed Naturopathy practitioner with Functional Medicine Certification and an MD Degree in Diet and Nutrition (Gold medallist). The workshop touches upon practical tips about eating & drinking habits, which may adversely affect the mental health over a period of time. Several dietary patterns which are conducive for mental health are highlighted, customised to suit participant mix.
Living Stress Free Life (Workshop)

It is an interactive and activity oriented workshop co-delivered by our highly experienced, DOH Licensed Naturopathy & Ayurveda Practitioners and Abu Dhabi Licensed HR Consultant (Soft Skill Trainer). The workshop emphasizes a holistic approach including soft skills and self help techniques to prevent stress buildup and to deal with it.

Enhancing Spine Health (Workshop)

It is an interactive and activity oriented workshop co-delivered by our highly experienced, DOH Licensed Chiropractic Practitioner and General Medicine Doctor (GP). Spinal Health is a crucial component of wellness. Musculoskeletal disorders, including back and neck pain, are significant contributors to lost workdays of employees at work. This workshop is aimed at educating the participants about maintaining the right postures at work and home, while sitting, walking, sleeping, driving or doing exercises. The participants also learn about ergonomic aspects at work place and practice stretching to enhance spine health.

Enhancing Cardiovascular Health (Workshop)

A healthy heart is linked to better energy levels, brain function, and quality of life. Cardiovascular health involves maintaining the health of the heart and blood vessels to prevent diseases such as heart attacks, strokes, and other cardiovascular conditions. Cardiovascular health is crucial for overall well-being. This is an interactive and activity oriented workshop, co-delivered by our highly experienced, DOH Licensed Naturopathy Practitioner and General Medicine Doctor (GP). In this workshop, the participants gain a practical insight about how to identify, mitigate and enhance heart health. The participants take doctor guided self assessment tool to determine own cardiovascular health risks, using QRISK Tool. Heart Healthy Foods, Drinks, Activities, and Monitoring Devices . The participants prepare plan to make right changes in diet, nutrition, life style, and engage in other heart healthy activities

Preventing and Managing Arthritis (Interactive Workshop)

Arthritis is a leading cause of disability globally, and the knees are the most commonly affected. Elderly people, overweight people, people with nutritional deficiency, and those requiring repetitive movements of joints due to their role at work are more susceptible to developing arthritis. The good news is that arthritis can be avoided, delayed, and managed if identified early. The need for invasive methods and surgeries can be avoided in many cases with proactive self-care and natural therapies. This interactive workshop by the healthcare practitioners at House of Nature is aimed at creating awareness about arthritis. The topics include how to identify early signs of arthritis and seek medical help. The participants gain a deep insight into their personal risk factors and practical strategies to mitigate arthritis risks through diet therapy, nutrition, lifestyle, daily habits, and natural therapies.
